YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice

Effective October 20, 2026

Jennifer Kapp LLC operates this website. This notice explains how information is handled when you request a free resource, join a product restock list, contact us, or follow a book link.

Information you give us

When you request a free resource, we collect your email address and the resource you requested. Some requests also record the page or campaign that led you to the resource. When you join a product restock list, we collect your email address, the product requested, consent details and request time. Clothing requests also collect your preferred size. A restock request does not place an order or reserve an item.

We use this information to provide the resource or product update you requested, manage your request and consent, and respond to questions. If you email us, we use the information in your message to reply.

Website operation and browser storage

Our website and hosting services process technical information needed to serve pages and operate the site, such as network and browser information. Some resource access links contain signed information tied to your request. Treat a resource link as private and avoid sharing it.

Some interactive workbooks save your entries in your browser so you can return to them on the same device. Clearing browser storage may remove those entries. Check the instructions for each resource because the resources do not all work the same way.

Optional website analytics tools are currently disabled. If the site enables them later, this notice and the site's choices will be updated for the tools in use.

Email and service providers

We use service providers to host the website, manage requested contact information, and handle email. The current setup includes Vercel for the website, Mautic for contact records, Cloudflare forwarding to Gmail for incoming messages, and Resend as configured outgoing email transport. These providers may process information needed to provide their services.

Email messages sent through the current Mautic configuration may track opens and link clicks. To stop product updates or ask about an email request, contact hello@jennifer-kapp.com.

Book purchases and external sites

Book purchase links on this website take you to Amazon. Amazon handles purchases placed there under its own terms and privacy practices. This website does not currently take payment for the product concepts or restock requests shown here.

Keeping information and your requests

We keep information as needed to fulfill requests, manage consent and product interest, and handle support. To ask for a correction or removal, or to ask how your information is used, email hello@jennifer-kapp.com. We will review the request in light of the information we hold and any applicable recordkeeping needs.

Changes

We may update this notice when the website's data handling changes. The effective date above shows when this version began.
